LMC patch panels

Just wondered if anyone has used LMC patch panels. I know this stuff is all foreign made and generally comes from the same manufacturers, but I just want to make sure it is the heavier 19 gauge steel. They don't say in the catalogs or on the website. I don't want to waste my time with the 22 gauge junk. Thanks.

Re: LMC patch panels

I'm pretty sure that's what it is, I don't think anyone does 19gauge anything anymore

Re: LMC patch panels

GMCPauls sells the 19 gauge panels, I've had good luck with them. It's just that their shipping is triple what LMC's is. I can't even imagine trying to weld 22 gauge. Might as well pop rivet in some Mountain Dew cans...

Re: LMC patch panels

I got some a few years ago LMC and they were thin and crappy.

There is a distributer up here called Cross Canada. I ordered some panels through them around the same time and the were considerably thicker. I'm sure if you call them up you can find out who distributes the same sheet metal down south.
