'72 Chevy K10 (Los Angeles)

Hey fellas I am a new owner of this truck and gotta say im loving it. Glad to be a part of this site now, and look forward to making some progress on my new gal. My truck has some after market accessories, rebuilds, lift, etc. I am looking for someone in the LA area that can give me a hand with some questions that i have. I'm new to this and besides oil changes, brakes, and basic maintenance Im kinda in the dark. Got my haynes manual, and have been doing research online but im much more of a hands on kinda guy.

Anyway im looking for a good mechanic that can show me some ropes. And really get into details on my truck. She runs good but im just looking for some knowledge i guess. Any help or insight is much appreciated. Have a great day ladies and gentlemen.

-Mike

You will certainly learn a lot right here. There are a bunch of knowledgeable people on the board that are always willing to help, lots of stuff to read and an FAQ section that shows step by step, how to do a lot of things to your truck. If you scroll down to the bottom of almost any page and click on the arrow on the right side of the "Forum Jump" box it will show all of the different forums on the board. Just scroll through them and pick out the one you want to check out...
