Need some measurements before and after you lowered your truck

Can I get some measurements from before and after you guys lowered your trucks?

The reason I need the measurments is I think the PO might have cut the front springs on my truck... or my springs are in desperate need of being replace.... Actually they probably need to be replaced regardless. I only have about 2" of travel before I hit the bumpstops.
The rear (I have leafs) is in about the same shape. Only a couple of inches before Im hitting the bumpstops.
And like most of us Ive been measuring my wheel wells and saying to myself okay if I do this it will measure that... etc... etc...

What I want to end up with is the 5/7 drop

Thanks
Shane
