Re: My 72 SWB
Thanks guys. It's been 3yrs of weekends and off days working on it. I've done 100% of it myself... I'm proud of it to say the least. Feels good seeing people take pictures of it and appreciate it as much as I do.
It's a fuel cell from summit part # SUM-290108

Re: My 72 SWB
is that straight ochre or has metallic (or pearl?) been added? Exterior has a nice sheen to it like a pearl. Or is it is a different color altogether? - whatever it is, it looks awesome. Adds some pizazz one of my favorite factory colors. Factory look, but very custom, nice.

Re: My 72 SWB
yep, i'd say you did. I really like the approach - it was one I used to see in the 70's and 80's on hot rods, and it always looked best when done to a close-to-stock color. Don't see it as much nowadays. Looks great, congrats.

Re: My 72 SWB
You've done a great job. I would never have guess it would look right without moldings but yours looks fantastic!

Re: My 72 SWB
Nice truck. You should paint that radiator black so it does not distract from the gorgeous engine bay.

Re: My 72 SWB
It's a fuse block and voltage meter for the amp for the stereo... I know, it looks like a time bomb!!
