Kick Panel Patch?
My kick panel is rusting through where the manual vent assembly is welded to the kick panel. Will this patch panel cover that area?

No these are for the lower portion of the kick panel. I've never seen a patch panel for the upper kick panel. You will have to fab your own. Maybe a vendor will chime in here with a better answer.
