I gotta tell you, I meet the nicest people building these old wrecks. Martin walks into the shop one day telling me of his 64 Longbed and his plans to one day bag it and give it the "Delmo" treatment. We chatted and he was on his way. Low and behold if he didn't stop by a few more times and I could see that he wasn't playin around. Next thing I know I have a deposit and a super clean 64 rolls into the driveway. you guys with your rust free trucks kill me. I am on truck number 5 just trying to get enough fixable parts to build one truck. Everything here needs total reconstruction. I need to support the board, so I can sell some parts to pay for other things I need. Good to see another one getting the Delmo treatment. He should be happy with the outcome.
