Re: what wells for repop 66 caps
Theres a OEM set on ebay for $129 (not mine).
link:http://www.ebay.com/itm/1960s-CHEVY-...cfcd4f&vxp=mtr The cap in the top left is the odd ball, but easy enough to find another OEM cap and have a nice OEM set for half the price of repops Well, was $129, now $149 buy it now....I would not hesitate on these.

Re: what wheels for repop 66 caps
The stock steelies w/the 3 bump nubs...very common wheels. Ill see if I can get a pic for you. You can also use the later style steelies w/the 4 bump nubs.
The blue one is my 4 bump rim, they came on early 70's-early 90's chevy 4x4's, blazers, etc...and will clear disk brakes. The black one below is a standard 3 bump drum brake rim. Used for many years and many gm truck/van applications. Both are 15" and the 3 bumps should be fairly easy to find. Try Perro or some of the other CA parts guys (you can do a forum member search or use the classifieds here for 60-66). The bumps(nubs) that you see around the center section hold the cabs on. Check out the hubcap thread I pulled back up also, lots of good info there.

I've got a set of the 4 bump rims that won't clear the calipers of my disc brakes. Need to run a 1/4" spacer. Out of curiousity what's the widest tire that guys run on the 15x8 rims? |

Re: what wheels for repop 66 caps
I've seen guys run all the way up to a 295 tire on a 15 x 8, but not on a truck....maybe some others will help on it.

Re: what wheels for repop 66 caps
I have run 295/50 on 8s. But also Blazer had 15x8 running 35x12.5 stock Rallies.

Re: what wheels for repop 66 caps
They seem to be 3 bump wheels. It would be interesting to know if standard hubcaps fit on them.
