I'm back with a new ride

After selling my dually and driving my vert for the summer. It was time to buy a new vehicle. After ling for a month I came across what fit my needs.

It's an 03 Chevy Tahoe shorty ex Toronto EMS truck.
It's white,2wd,4.8l,power windows, locks and remote keyless, rubber floors grey cloth and ac it's pretty well equipped.

Looking for a decent intake and exhaust both full headers back and cat back.( see if it's worth doing headers or not. Bolt on is what I'm looking for.

And one more question.
Are EMS trucks chipped like the cop cars? Because for having only a 4.8l it feels like its way quicker then a family members 5.3l avalanche.
