Best headers not to drag the ground can you reg headers or block huggers

Full length headers you will scrap over any good size dip or bumb and will grind the collector flang and cause a horrible leak. I would go with wome mid length headers.

I have no personal experience, but I read here that the Chevelle mid length headers are affordable, and give you better length without clearance issues.

Yes... These usually fit w/no or minor mods. BBC mid length units as well.

Hedman #69010 is what I bought for my shop truck project 1 5/8". Hedman also offers them coated and in a 1 3/4" dia tubes.
