New to Forum, My Stepper

Hey fellas, new to the forum, but followed for years. Finally got a truck to post. Tried for years to restore my '72 GMC Stepper but it never worked out. Just recently purchased this '72 Chevy Stepper. Not a show truck by any means, but looks good in pictures and is a great driveable project.

Re: New to Forum, My Stepper

Thanks for the positive post, the rallys look good but id love to do something different with the wheels. Thinking about staying with the stance i'm at just changing the wheel/tire combo. What do ya think?

Re: New to Forum, My Stepper

To each his own but IMHO..... I like the rallys when the truck is not lowered much but perfer more of the aftermarket styles when it is lowered. So on your truck I perfer the rallys. But what really matters and what only counts is what you like the best. I'm sure some of these other members could photoshop you some different wheels choices that would look killer.

Nice truck by the way. Would like to have one like it.

Re: New to Forum, My Stepper

Darn right it looks good in pics!

And I'm sure you'll find having a drivable project a lot more fun if you didn't get around to finishing the GMC.

Welcome to the board!

Re: New to Forum, My Stepper

Welcome to you from Arkansas. This is normally when I tell a new member that I own a body shop and hang out here and the body section but looks like I can skip that part this time . Oh, wait, too late. Anyway glad to have you on here lots of great info on here and if you get a chance click on the tech tips section on the home page it is on the left corner of the opening page. There is a section for 67-72's and it has something in there for everyone. once again glad to have you nice truck. Jim
