Chevy Sport Ads-2 for price of one!
Thought I was seeing double but in my file I had an ad about Chevy Sport
trucks when motornut found another one. Looks to me someone (maybe Chevy) just switched trucks in the ad. Please compare and comment. Thanks in advance--Larry

Had both trucks and took two pics. Moved one, loaded the bikes and took the pic. Swapped bikes and trucks and took another. Only had to pay for 30min of their time that day.

Check out the wheels on the top truck they look like pontiac trans am gta wheels on steroids never seen anything like it... did they actually put them into production?

The 76 is a pre production with aftermarket wheels
note the manufactuer plate As far as I know the production trucks did not have a white roof I actually have both of these but my 79 is a fleetside My 76 is original paint |

I know you can't go by pictures (Different Light-Angles-Focus&etc) but does it seem the grille in the top picture of the 1979 Sport is somewhat different from the nice 79 Sport of 80SPORT's? Perhaps there was an optional grille like
(V22) option had in 1977? Was that an option in 1979? Thanks-Larry
