Brake lines
I am wondering if anyone has had this issue before. After installing 2 1/2 inch lowering spindles, and 1 inch lowering springs, I've noticed that my brake lines seem to be too short. Compressing the suspension seems to make it worse. I think I can have lines made, but how much longer should I make them? Does anyone know where I could get some longer ones? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to tell by the picture, are they on the right side? My stock line lines fit fine on the same drop spindles & springs.

I assume you have a 71-72 front suspension since the steel line connection point is in front of the crossmember.
What brake hoses did you buy?

71/72 they are exactly like the ones that were on the stock spindles

I don't know any other way I could route them the first pic is the left side second pic is the right side thay just seem to short to me.

Do they stretch at full lock or is there still a little slack?

At a full right hand turn there seems to be some slack and on a full left hand turn there is also some slack. It just seems to be when the wheels are straight and I compress the suspension they seem to be tight.

I have used Inline Tube www.inlinetube.com for stainless braided brake lines to replace the rubber brake lines on one of my other vehicles. They can certainly hook you up with whatever length line you need.

Those don't look right for sure. I have 2.5 drop spindles and original springs that are sagging more than an inch. My brake lines actually have a long upward loop. They came from POL I believe. Not sure mine are the correct length but they don't bind anywhere. I'd hate to see you hit a speed bump and rip a hole in those lines.

Yes its starting to look like I am going to need to get some custom ones made. the thing is these after market ones are actually a little bit shorter than the stock ones. I need to get some made that are a little longer than the the original ones. anyway I need to start looking into having some made for it. thanks for everyone's response.
