67sss Registered User Join Date: Nov 2002 Location: Mt. Vernon, WA.. Posts: 2,322	96 2wd 4.3 auto....rearend question I need to replace the rearend and need to know how to find the ratio. Are these trucks similar to the 67-72 where the rearend code is on the axle housing? Or should I be looking in a different spot? Thanks
