Fooking for a '72 fuel tank fuel line and vent line routing diagram?
I'm looking for a diagram that shows where all the lines from the fuel tank go in the truck. I have three that go below the floor, I assume fuel line and vents, but there are also two that go up into the roof? Where are those headed? Does anyone have a routing diagram that shows how these are routed in the truck?
I have the tank out and I'm replacing all the rubber hose pieces, and want to make sure all the other ends are connected where they should be. Thanks. |

Fair enough. Seems like all three end at the frame rail near the fuel pump. One is fuel, the others are just open to the atmosphere. I assume they should be connected to an emissions can and a vacuum line? Need that routing info.

72 had a return line and vent going to a charcoal can the return you need to have the right fuel pump. I'm dealing with the same issue. These are just my findings so far

I installed EFI with my stock 72' in cab tank, and I used the return line.
Under the truck
