Transmission Dipstick Length

I've been combing the forums looking for an answer...
I'm putting a th350 Automatic Transmission in my 65.
It looks like I need a really long tranny dipstick tube to get past the heater box in the engine compartment.
What Dipstick/Filler Tube are you guys using for a th350 Automatic Transmission that's long enough to reach?

Here is a pic of member 66-PMD-GMC tranny:

Here is member 1Bad62Pro/Street:

And another:

Re: Transmission Dipstick Length

Doing more searching of the forums.
It looks like the one member 66-PMD-GMC is using is from a Van.
I also found this thread about the Lokar Transmission dipstick:

.
I still would like to hear what others are using.

All of these parts are dealer stocking items and priced pretty much the same as aftermarket chrome cheapies. The GM stuff fits better and doesn't leak like the cheapies do though.

Here you can see the postion.Right up front in the eng.
