Looks like 2 parts are missing the one part that mounts to the floor with the hole in it and the pin that goes into the part on the floor that locks it in place.
the plastic knob is missing on the release lever. $75.00 shipped.

Found one of the missing parts came from a 76 blazer its nice how gm keeps re using the same parts the other part on the floor was to rusted you should be able to get the other part form some one on the board they come for sale all the time.
