Emblem loose?

my emblem is wiggly on my truck. its annoying and it bothers me. is it supposed to wiggle? the speed nut/ clips on the back are tight. am i missing something? thanks

The speed nut might be bottoming out, or getting tight before it tightening up the emblem. Try putting a washer or two between the inside of the fender and the speed nut.

Thats what i thought at first but the emblem is all the way on it just tilts back and forth over the two pegs

i take that back. i diddnt use speed nuts i used those push on rings. i dont know if theres a difference they are smaller than the speed nut that came off it.

get new better fasteners lowes home depot ace hardware are a few places to get them

Cut a small circle out of a piece of flat rubber about 3/32nds or 1/8 of an inch thick and slide over the posts before you put the fasteners on. Worked for me.

Dang. I used te push on fasteners and they are hard to get off... Any tips on getting them off. Any tips to get em off without doing damage?
