"New" truck "Old" nose (pic)
Seen this on the net the other day.....I think maybe on facebook or something. Don't really remember where.
I don't exactly know what to call this or where to post it on here but thought it was a pretty awesome looking truck. Its a newer chevy pickup and I believe they said it was a 1960 nose. Anyways, here it is..........Thoughts? |

I don't like it as-is. You need to lower the area above "Chevrolet" and pull the hood down to match the rest of the body. My .02, of course.

just googled the original trucks and I see what you mean.
I like it the way it sits but would love to see the view from inside the cab......may be riding up the windshield some. |

Interesting concept, but I personally don't like the way it looks. To each their own I guess! The front sheet metal is from a 59 Apache btw. Not that anything is proper on this truck, but they used the wrong front fender emblem. The 32 emblem was for 1/2 ton long bed models, while the 31 emblem was for 1/2 ton short beds.

Nice to see someone doing something different.
I have always been a fan of the bubble looking lights, hoods etc etc. Pretty cool looking.
