To add to the confusion is the line,"I do have the title in hand" when the side of the truck says, "NO TITLE"

If someone puts "For Sale - No title" in big letters on a truck by the side of the road... isn't that kind of like saying "Hey, free truck, I have no proof it was ever mine"
I also see it has a very high performance exhaust. Normally, people take pics of vehicles that run and drive NOT on knee high grass
