nice find

Found this on my hometown,guys is hasking 2500$ for it.He start it a few years ago,sand blast the frame,repaint black,all suspension and brake are new,engine and axle have been redone to.He did the body work,cab and box support.He said he don't have time anymore and convince himself to sell it!!!!Truck is complete in boxes except the rear bumper. So here i am,i could let that go away. Plan is to install a 4.5"-6" static drop and a set of delmo's 20".Now i love patina look and just wondering if i should leave it has it is,maybe clear coat on top of this?? What you guys would do?

I think a lot of the work that has been done will have to be redone. How long has it been sitting? The body work will need some more work [of course being a body guy you would expect me to say that] and the brake work may be suspect after sitting the amount of time it has. The money thing doesn't seem to be to bad though cause they seem to be pretty herd to find up there. Jim

If I bought that I would deal with the surface rust before it gets too bad and get to some paint. That's just primer,right?

Yeah,its just a gray primer for now.To be honest i didnt see the truck yet.Just picture the guys sent me.I would bring a good friend of mine,he use to work in a body shop so he know what to look for.If i decei
de to buy it i will definitively remove all that rust ASAP.
