Re: Color Delimma
I'm yellow and white. My '72 is (525) light yellow with a white top. I like it.

Re: Color Delimma
It's hard to pick colors man! I'm very "man challenged" when it comes to even seeing all the colors there are.
Besides, we can only tell you what we like, not what you like. I'd get some samples, paint them out like you've done on a spare fender or on cardboard, and then make a decision. For me: all black, all yellow (my truck is yellow), or 2-tone blue/white or red/white. But that's me. I tend to like darker colors also. I realize I am not helping you. |

Re: Color Delimma
What blue is that? In 67-69, they did 507 light blue, which I'm biased towards. Your sample looks different though. Too "Mylanta" blue for my taste
That being said, I've seen that yellow color in person, and it looks nice too |

Re: Color Delimma
The Blue I have picked is a Corporate color not General Motors... I saw it on a Sterling Truck and really liked it... then I saw my old 66 Chevy II and remembered how muck I liked the Lemonwood Yellow... Now I have a delimma... LOL... I am probably going to go with the Yellow but who the heck knows...

if I go blue it will not be the original 506 or 507.. It would be the blue that I posted...

Re: Color Delimma
The blue you posted is awesome. Looks very similar to cloude 9. I vote blue but I don't like yellow

Re: Color Delimma
The yellow looks better with the white. I like the blue more, but it gets lost in the two tone. Solid blue or yellow and white is my vote.

Re: Color Delimma
Lemonwood for me.. Would make it sharp and very unique. Not a blue fan, but that would look awesome I'm sure when all done up. Have fun choosing!

Re: Color Delimma
Like mentioned above color is a personal choice. But if you want honest feedback to me that blue is so light it reminds me of the same baby blue you find on little infant boys pajamas, just too light.
