Truck Sputtering issues

I need some help, I have a 1977 GMC C15 and sometimes it sputters when I accelerate slowly or go up hill. It always happens when It's warm. Does anyone know what it could be.

Re: Truck Sputtering issues

Timing and everything good? Any vacuum leaks? When was the last tune-up? Bad gas?

Just thinking out loud.
