Short bed fleetside with chrome trim
I found a short bed fleetside with Chrome spear trim perfect one side. Other side not so much is this bed salvageable or will it cost to much?

Re: Short bed fleetside with chrome trim
Repops are going for about 2400 for a full set. NOS the same. One side will pay for the truck, everything else is gravy, especially if it is a big window and the dash is not cut up.

Re: Short bed fleetside with chrome trim
You know, I don't know anything about this but it would SEEM to me that for less than $2,400.00 a creative guy might be able to fabricate his own. Am I all wet on this?
Either starting with some flat stock using a brake and then hand forming over a buck you make out of wood or maybe hand form the entire thing. Sure it'd be very labor intensive, but isn't EARNING $2,400.00 any way you get it?
