How's the chrome look? Are there many dots?

They are average - not perfect, but not too bad. Good driver's condition.

If your best set has good rubber that didn't leak i'll take a set.

Rubber is 40+ years old, dry and cracked. I can't guarentee it not to leak. Better to put seals in them while they are out.
