7044218 Rochester carburetor, ran good.

SOLD,,,, THANKS.... Pulled this off the 70 GMC we parted out. Truck ran really well, carb has been sitting on a shelf in our shop for a couple of months. Truck was a 350 with auto transmission. Should bolt on and go. $50.00 shipped. Thanks, Fred.

Re: 7044218 Rochester carburetor, ran good.

Fred,
I might be interested in this carb for my 70 C-10. I see the divorced choke rod hanging off the side....do you have the correct thermostatic spring and cover that would have been attached to the intake manifold that was on the truck for this carb? If you do and could throw it in with the carb...that would be great. Let me know. Much thanks,
Bob

Re: 7044218 Rochester carburetor, ran good.

Fyi i am using a quadrajet carb with the same linkage on my 72 with a 350/ 700r4. I forget who makes the tv cable bracket i am using but it bolts on using the two rear carb bolts and also holds the throttle cable.

The bowtie overdrive tv cable adapter I am using fits on the bottom of this linkage.

Thank you,
Bob

Hey Bob. I have a choke coil listed in another thread, not sure if it is the right one. I would throw it in if you buy the carb. Thanks, Fred.

Thanks again,Fred. I got the email with the tracking #s. I'm still looking for the pulley that bolts to the harmonic balancer for my power steering conversion. Let me know if you come across one. Bob
