help with headers
Looking at a set of headers on craigslist. They are for a second gen Camaro I think the part number is Flowtech 11100. Any body know if these will fit a 86 c-10 with a 305? Jegs and summit don't show them fitting but I now some car headers will fit.
Thanks |

Re: help with headers
I use Chevell 3/4 length headers on my ZZ4. Headers from '60s to early 80's fit. I bought mine for an early '70s F body car.

Re: help with headers
Yes, but they stick down further. Mine are nicely tucked right level with the frame. Only the driverside header hangs low enough below the frame to see about half of the connection.
What years are the second Camaros? |

Re: help with headers
Did not say the year. May just see how cheap I can get them. If they are not to much I may just try them
thanks again |

Re: help with headers
Guy just texted me and said $50 and they have never been fired up. Thank it would be good to try it or just get ones that are made for the truck? Also do you think they would hang do to low and look like crap?

Re: help with headers
I think they all exit right beside a th350 trans. I think the Impalas and Camaros and trucks will all take the same header.

Re: help with headers
Second gen camaros are 70-81 and several people use them on trucks that have been lowered. They tuck up nicely . There may be a spot on the drivers side where they are close to the frame but they generally fit nice.
