1980 GMC Indy Hauler on CL

http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/cto/4227441647.html Good looking truck but it is a shame it is done up like it is. I feel it should have been done original or close to it.

He should have saved all that money on Billet crap. It would have been much nicer stock and restored; than modified to his taste! (not to many others)

That is really too bad. I would love to have an Indy Hauler, but probably not that exact one. I also need the car to match it as well.

I just feel he could have don that to any plain old truck. Seems a waste not to do an Indy Hauler mostly stock. I wouldn't mind one all stock and slightly lowered. Basically nothing that couldn't be easily changed back.

Re: 1980 GMC Indy Hauler on CL

This is one of only 300 made/200 for public sale.

The bad part is the other 199 are worth more than this one. If he would have taken a plain jane truck and done it up like this, then ok. While there appears to be a lot of good work on it, most of it isn't conducive to what a limited production vehicle should have had done to it.
