Deep foam seat frames
Please post any pictures you have of your 72 deep foam seat frame, I'm trying to rule out all variables to my seat and or cover issues, ie i want to be 100% certain i have the correct frame. Thank you!

Re: Deep foam seat frames
These are all I got for ya, the tracks are removed in these pics. Im pretty sure i have the full foam version. If you notice there is a metal tag attached to the wire on the upper part, that has a part number on it. I dont have a pic of the number up close but if yours has it I can cross reference it with mine

Re: Deep foam seat frames
Ok Nick. A white/black dlx 2-tone, olive plaid highlander? I GOTTA see some more pics my friend. I drool and do cartwheels over highlander plaid (when it's in our trucks, that is)
Ok, since I don't want to hijack - Swamp Rat, I'd recommend asking Tim (member Truckseats) about this. I asked him a similar question and my understanding is that we should always probably put the full foam on our re-covers. If there are 2 different frames, or if covers are different depths based on full foam or "not" full foam... Then seems there would be some difference somewhere. Subscribed. |

I appreciate this greatly! I'll compare my seat frame to these pictures closely tonight, but from what i can tell it looks the same going from memory. I don't have a metal tag attached any more, but i do think i may have removed it so i'll dig for it, in the mean time if you want please feel free to post that part number, Thanks!

Re: Deep foam seat frames
Info from a 73 but I think it applies to the earlier seats. It matches the full foam pattern in my 70 too. Seat bottom is from the 73
