New old project
Bought this truck to drive while I'm building my original high school stepside and a pro tour short wide. As all my projects go the focus has been turned to this driver and the ideas have exploded. I just hope I can carry everything to fruition and not get stalled too bad. More info to come soon!

Re: New old project
Looks nice as it sits. 2.5/4 drop and a sport bumper for the rear.

Re: New old project
The interior is completely out for a modified factory interior with wrapped door panels and dash as well as a factory console wrapped and modified for iPod and cup holders as well as custom LED lighting. Having trouble locating mass loaded vinyl for the sound proofing, but other methods are being employed while I look.
Want to lower but not sure how much yet. An axle flip in the back looks like it would net 7" based on spring thickness and tube diameter. Was thinking 4/6 would be ideal. Also going to swap the SM465 for a 700r4. Trying to find the ideal box for subs behind the seat. Want custom but I know from past experience it's best left to the experts and alas, we have none in my area. At least need to run all wiring before carpet install so I don't have to remove it all again later. |

Little by little, things are coming together. Will post pictures of the modified center console and wrapped door panels as soon as they arrive from Connor Sweet

Re: New old project
I have three sets of factory buckets from various years and none are comfortable so I took a chance on the Procar Elite models. Time will tell if it was a good choice or not.

Re: New old project
Like most projects once it got started thing blew up. I'm guessing the pro tour truck will be on hold a while now. Looking forward to seeing the interior all installed for sure

Re: New old project
Ordered a couple yards of brown/ tan houndstooth for the center inserts of seats. Gonna ponder on it after it gets here to see if it fits the theme of the truck.
