wide ride install question

Ok guys I'm right in the middle of installing my wide ride and have a question i am hoping someone has installed this type of front end i know a few have through my searching for the answer. so when i use a plumb bob and straight
edge to find my axle center line i came up 3/4 of an inch behind the 1/2 hole in the top of the frame now in the instructions they say this half inch hole is the center line so? and then for the install the say to move the center line forward 3/16ths is that from my mark or from the referenced 1/2 hole im thinking I may have to just tack it in re mount the sheet metal and see. I was just hoping someone could chime in?

Re: wide ride install question

I'm thinking that it is to move the wheel slightly forward of the original spot in the wheel well to better center it.

I'd just call them and ask. They are pretty good to tell you what you need to know.

You might also send Rob from No limit a pm as he is on the board fairly often over in the 67/72 section and they are done racing for a few months. That is if I am correct in thinking you have the No Limit wide ride kit.
