If I were making a web site about my business it would all sound good also, not speaking negitively but just saying.

Re: Anyone heard of these guys?
I didn't read too much of the site, but from what I did read, it's just a bunch of cool names. I personally put transmission guys in the same category as roofers and body shops. You need to pick someone local to you that you can see face to face and go back to if you have problems. I would also ask around at the local parts house and drag strip, if you one. Reputation goes a long way, good and bad.

I agree with this, I read many horror stories from people that bought mail order transmissions when looking for mine. I found a performance trans shop a hour away and bought from them......

Re: Anyone heard of these guys?
They have been around for a long time...other than that I would agree, buy local. But it's also difficult to find a shop to do a performance build. Many will say "yeah, sure" and charge you extra but won't say what for or get defensive when you ask. It's a game they play.

Re: Anyone heard of these guys?
No. The only place I would even consider buying an online trans from would be Bowtie Overdrives or TCI, and even then I would still try to find someone local first, that way, they can verify it was installed right, even if you installed it yourself, just drive it over (for warranty proof) and if it breaks you have a physical ass you can shove it up
