Noisy Waterpump question..
My truck has been sitting in the garage for the last month due to the lousy New England weather. Yesterday was beautiful so I decided to fire it up. When it started there was a lot of squeaks and rattling noises coming from the waterpump. No leaks no slop... When it warmed up the noise went away..does this mean that my 3 year old pump is getting weak??

Re: Noisy Waterpump question..
are you sure the pulley and the fan are tight? are you sure the belts aren't loose? if the bolts are tight to the fan and the belts are good its prolly starting to go cause the bearing isn't lubed when you first start...
