Chasing a battery drain

I've got a 98 and every morning after sitting for the battery is drained and some mornings it'll crank and some mornings it won't.

So far I've done the test light to the alternator and no light came on, I hooked it up to the positive and pulled every fuse and nothing. I have an aftermarket stereo and amp, I've disconnected them completely and still there is a draw.

I was reading some where about the flickering fuel gauge, it just pulsates back and forth really fast. Funny thing is my horn is always on and thought this was a bad ground?

Any ideas??
