Drip rail on 67-72
i picked up a 1971 c10 with 105k miles on it about 3 months ago. fixed most of the rust and rot on it. lower door panels, inner door rockers, bottom door rockers, and some rust on the bed. frame is SOLID! the only thing i have left to fix is the drip rail. i dont know how i should adress it... is there an easy was to take it off and weld it together? no clue on what to do!

Re: Drip rail on 67-72
The cab drip seam is the sum of three pieces of metal coming together. Triplus makes are replacement piece to fix the rail. You will have to locate and drill out the spot welds and make solid what you have left, but it is very doable. I have it to do on the cab of my brother' s replacement cab.
