is this stock side trim?? (photos)

The trim on this truck, is it not a stock style?
How about the lack of trim around the tail lights?
What model would this truck have been called new?
Higher end trim packages would have been called?

Looks like stick on trim (rubber)- the oem trim was aluminum.
