There is a member that is doing a similar color scheme, but it is a lot nicer and farther along, look in the build sections, he has posted in the last two weeks. It looks like a good truck for a good price IF the rust is not really bad. It was running in 2010 which is a plus too.

Yeah it looks like Clarance J's truck.
I'd be slightly concerned about the way the bed is sitting. When the seller says it needs frame work, and the bed sitting odd like that, I'd be slightly worried.
