Door clips for glass whiskers?

I'm sorry, I'm sure this has been asked but I did a search and couldn't find anything. I have a '59 and see slots in the door frame where the glass goes up and down that look like they could be for clips but I can't find these clips in the supplier catalogs.

I bought a 6 ft stick of the whisker and cut it to length. Just not sure how to install. I've heard of people drilling holes and using rivets but I just don't see enough room to try this.

Any help, please?

Re: Door clips for glass whiskers?

i used clear silicone and glued my track in. use lots of tape to hold it in until the silicone dries. the new window track is thinner than the old stuff. i had a 3/16'' gap that i filled with black foam weather stripping. not easy to see here, it's the only pic i have.

In the last video Blackdiesel did in the thread they discuss the whiskers, I think they tacked them in and used very small screws. Mine did not come with the clips either. I plan to predrill for screws and use glue too.
