98 GMC door hinges

I replaced the pin/bushings in the driver's door this evening. There is still some slop and I found that it is in the bottom hinge where the pin goes through the bottom of the
cab side hinge. The hole is a little oblong towards the cab. Does anyone know of a kit that would allow the hole to be drilled and a bushing installed (or something similar)?

I'm considering building the back of the hole up and cleaning it up with a burr, but I was curious if there was a aftermarket solution. This is for my 98 in my signature, thanks.

If you have a way to weld it another option is to weld a heavy washer in the correct position to hold the bushing.
