1963 grille
I have a chance to purchase a 63 Stepside. The grille looks to be damaged and from what I see there is no replacement for a 63 grille. My question is, can a grille from later 60's be used in it place, since they are available?
Thanks, Jan |

Re: 1963 grille
Hit up some junk yards or search Craig's List. They are out there and the original used OEM parts fit so much better than the aftermarket replacement parts anyway. Good luck! Tom

Re: 1963 grille
Painted 63 Steel grills come up for sale as much as Silver Anodized Aluminum grills. Craigslist is a good source. Is yours painted?

Re: 1963 grille
63 grills can be found, but yes....you could mount a 60-66 grill in place. The 63 used 4 mounting holes per side and the rest used 3, but they all use the same grill support.

Re: 1963 grille
I, and others from this site, have bought parts from this guy. Very fair and honest.

Re: 1963 grille
Not to nit-pick but don't all 60-63 grills use four mounting bolts per side and the 64-66 uses 3?
