NOS 71-72 Grill Surround
I decided to sell my 71-2 NOS grill surround. Its nicer than anything Ill be building and deserves a truck that will compliments its fitment and condition.
There is the smallest of impressions under the D/S headlight that is almost impossible to see unless your in close (around 3-4"). I included the pics of the sticker from the original box. If I ship it... it'll be at the UPS store (so they take the liability on insurance)unless someone wants to pick it up. Ill charge what they charge! If you need additional pics just let me know where. I'm not dying to get rid of it so I'm pretty firm on the price. $800 plus shipping! Mike |

Re: NOS 71-72 Grill Surround
Pete,
Here is the grill packaging...Let me know if you see a problem. Picture 1 is 3/4 in plywood 1-3/4" larger on all sides so the grill is snug and not pinched. The ribs are made of 3/4 also and next to the foam so the foam does not move during shipping. 2 layers of 2" foam on each end and 1 layer in the middle on the bottom. the grill is wrapped in trash bags so it stay as protected as it can. The foam on top mimics the bottom to take up space and have a 1/4" compression on all sides. I also taped the top foam so it cant move. Its screwed in around the circumference. It may be overkill but I think I'd be happy to receive this package if it were me. V/R, Mike |

Re: NOS 71-72 Grill Surround
I tried Randy...
If it gets messed up it's not because I didn't try. Insured for $900 so it had to be 2" all around it. (they inspected it) I met UPS requirements so if it gets smashed they will be paying me and Pete for it. Not that I want that to happen though. Mike |

Re: NOS 71-72 Grill Surround
The last NOS outer grill I got came from Ironmike in a similar looking wooden crate. You guys in KS know how to ship parts right!
