Shields? Guards?
These are mounted on my 72 C10 I have worked on MANY of these trucks and never seen them before. What are they for??Thanks

I think quite a few of the 72 small block trucks had them. I think it directed air flow around the exhaust manifold for heat reasons.

I had those on my '72. I didn't put them back on. I don't know their purpose though.
