cab mounts reversed ?

does the solid rubber mounts go in the front ?or is it the ones with the metal top and bottom that go it front? any pics?

by the way its a 68 half ton!

Darn, sorry bout that. It seems every pic hosting site is tightening the screws one way or another. Everyone used to have full access to my pics. Now I have to "invite" friends by inputting their email addy beforehand. Anyway, here are a few pics of the front and rear mounts in my 1/2 ton GMC. The kits they supply never have instructions so ya gotta remember how they came out. Just as long as the fronts and rears are level w/ each other. Also, it seems like the pieces in any new kits you buy WILL NOT even remotely resemble the ones that came originally w/ the truck.

Thanks, southpa. Thats the way i have them but it looks like the back of the cab is down about 1/2", Guess ill figure it out.

I put new mounts on my entire truck and I to noticeed that the rear of the cab was 1/2 lower on both sides. I took the ruber monts that came with the kit for the bed and put two on the rear cab mounts and its perfect. just mounted the bed without them. There wanst any there to begin with.
