'72 Cheyenne Stake Truck
So my buddy gave me a DUB truck [already have a couple], then I saw this '90's Mobil Oil stake truck at Pomona. A little modification to the stake truck platform and bam '72 Cheyenne stake bed. Gonna remove the yellow caution stripes and do the stake sides to look like wood, not sure if I want to leave the lift gate or not. In the last pic you can see the donor body being hauled to the scrap yard, or maybe to Pomona.

I like that. I had that Mobil one but sold it. Also had a Mobil wrecker from the year before (or after),sold that, too. Should have kept them to do this. now I want to find those Mobil trucks again!

Re: '72 Cheyenne Stake Truck
Very cool! I remember those Mobile stake beds and wreckers. Never had one though... Wait! come to think of it, I think I do have the wrecker squirreled way in a box someplace. Now I must go find it!
