I would think the seals and gaskets would be dried out, but if stored in a climate-controlled building, they might be ok.

Several years back maybe 10 or so I had a friend [dead now]that had one ls7 that he had bought from a chevy dealer long ago and we put in in a rear engine dragster. I think he sold the RED before it ever made a pass with that combo
