Tunes of the Trucks
I've always wondered what kind of music everyone else listens to in their truck, since I'm the only country kid at my school. So post your playlists! Or CDs, tapes... vinyl records... you play in your truck! Even if no one posts, I will, just so one day in the distant future my kids or grandkids can look at this stuff and wonder, "What the hell was wrong with him?"
Here goes: Country "Carolina" playlist: Mud on the Tires- Brad Paisley Southern Comfort Zone- Brad Paisley Country Boy- Alan Jackson Welcome to the Future- Brad Paisley People are Crazy- Billy Currington If You're Going Through Hell- Rodney Atkins Suds in the Bucket- Sara Evans I Don't Want this Night to End- Luke Bryan This is Country Music- Brad Paisley Good Time- Alan Jackson Footloose- Blake Shelton Ladies Love Country Boys- Trace Adkins Old Time Rock and Roll- Bob Seger Fake ID- Big & Rich Feat. Re: Tunes of the Trucks
I have moved this as it is not a specific 60-66 truck post and belongs in the General forum.
Thanks for understanding.

Re: Tunes of the Trucks
I like old country, and old rock and roll. I have over 1,000 songs I bought off of I-Tunes. Do you want the name of each song? It may take me a year or two to type them out.

Re: Tunes of the Trucks
anything with Gary Allan, David Allen Coe, Eric Church or Linkin Park. light jazz plus r & b collection I have. Also, Billy Joel greatest hits, any Eagles greatest hits, Ratt & Van Halen. Any 80's hits are kinda cool.
I am really all over the place

Re: Tunes of the Trucks
Music fuels an experience, so my playlists depend on what/how I'm doing things.
Most of the time when I'm layin low, its Hip-hop or Classic rock. When I'm using the stupid-pedal to find trouble, its usually Trap Music or Metal/Hardcore When I've got a female passenger, its either R&B or Country...kinda depends on the shade of her paintjob so to speak. I have extensive playlists in all categories, and one list that combines most of them over the course of about 9 hours. I made it to go from Mke to Nashville, with the music working with the changing feel of the road and scenery over the ride. Works best when started at 8-10am, and you can't have shuffle on lol.

Re: Tunes of the Trucks
I'm a Classic rock guy but I like country!
CCR, Steppin wolf, Moly Hachet, Led Zep, Brooks & Dunn, Reba, AJ, Alabama, I have over 600 songs in my truck on the music card. Which reminds me I need to get some newer stuff for the 2014 Power Tour!

Re: Tunes of the Trucks
My musical interest has changed every decade or so. Having been in a couple of bands, playin live and recording albumns, and meeting and playing with some cool, sucsessfull musicians, that and years of listening to complete albumns on vinyl, brought me to really despise radio broadcast music.
This last Xmas, my wife got me a Sirius XM system for my truck and garage. I set it to "Outlaw Country" and have not listened to any other station and probably wont.
