This looks mostly original with, WC Side mirrors and All the grey knobs
still on the heater control, along with the rare 3/4 hubcaps and I believe the one-year only, optional 305D V-6.
Someone added a 5 speed too.

A clean survivor! RV trucks always seem to be in much better than average condition. IMO, the 3 speed should never been the standard trans for any make 3/4 ton. Wise choice to upgrade to a 5 speed, however a 5 speed overdrive would have been better. Appears to have a frame stretch and 15" lock rim wheels ( the replacements for the original 3 piece 15" wheels)
