WHITE trucks with FULL wheel covers

I've done a search for "white" trucks and have come up with a couple of threads BUT,
There are very few with the full wheel covers . . . there must be some more out there !!!
( My 70 C-10 has the 72 Highlander wheel covers )

69-72 non-wide whitewall tires, full wheel covers on a white truck.

that's not mine, just one I saved a pic or two of - I am partial to the white ones though. Tried to blow up the little pic, but it's not doable - just a small pic that snuck into my archives somehow.

Was what a special option/equip group? Full wheel covers were just an option, if that is what you are referring to. Only available on C/K10s.
