Followup for no power to the wheels.

So I messed with the timing and got it very responsive, set up what I'd consider close to dialed in. I noticed the brake light is stuck on and this bothers me. It'd make sense to me if the brakes were stuck applied on, even just one of them. When I drive it it feels like that. For example, if you drive a car and forget to turn off the E-brake.. That's what it feels like. For people that don't understand, here's the original post:

So I just got my new motor in, it DEFINITELY makes more power than my old engine.. I shift it in to gear (it's an automatic. Th350 on a 350 small block.) And go to accelerate.. the RPM'S are on track but the RPM's aren't matching how much power it should be putting out. Hard to explain.. It is obvious the power is there but it's not putting the power to the wheels like it should be. Please help.
