Talking 69 c10 newbie

[IMG][/IMG]I picked this 69 c10 up last November and plan to restore
I have all new front and rear disc brake kit new front end parts new complete wire harness, exhaust, new lights, grill etc. I purchased around $4,000 worth of parts cant wait till spring to get it started. It originally came with a 6 cyl someone has put a 350 in it with a 3 speed auto floor shift runs strong might end up putting a 383 stroker in later on

looking to get a little more height

Re: 69 c10 newbie

I am converting from drum to disc brakes front and rear still using the 6 lug bolt pattern stock height.
My question is what would be the best wheel size to run 15'' or 16''
I have 255/60/15 on it now and would like to keep same tire size or possibly a 70 series

I would go with the new springs and shocks. It may not get you where you want to be height wise but it will help.

15" rally wheels work good and look good on these trucks with the trim rings and caps.
