I need a tool to remove rust in tight area

I trying to remove some rust that is a corner and I can,t get a jig saw or cut off wheel in there,any ideas,maybe some sorta stone or something that would go on my die grinder.Not that much rust maybe a inch or so in dia.I had some stones laying around but I guess are made of the wrong material

Carbide burr bit, they come in lots of shapes and lengths. They are not the cheapest things around but they work. A local welding supply should have a selection of them.
